My Skill Set
What I Do
Through my educational and professional experiences, I’ve had the opportunity to build a strong, diverse skill set that has proven to be an asset in many different situations. Read below to learn more.
Project Management/Time Management/Communication/Teamwork/ Sales/ Problem Solve
My design and cultural experiences in 4 different countries influence me in my abilities to work with contractors, architects, single clients and collegues.
I can create concepts for Interiors, Kitchens, bathrooms and wardrobe layouts using various CAD packages or draw by hand.
I can create plans, elevations and 3D visuals using 6 CAD package's because CAD software comes natural to me.
I can organise and prepare presentations for all my projects very clearly so that my colleagues can understand and communicate them to clients in another language.
I can prepare drawings/bespoke drawings for factory and I can place orders this was evident in my dealings with Nobilia.
Time management is very important to me therefore I have until now kept all my deadlines.
I am able to communicate with clients, the factory and teammates to make sure all orders are placed and arrived on time.
I am able to problem solve and reassure the client if problems should arise during a project.
I am adaptable, I have worked independently and in various teams up to 10 people.
I am motivated and hard working and dedicated to achieving targets set.
I am able to close sales based on the quality of my work and I have the ability to care about each customer individually.
Computer Skills
Over all I am able to learn any CAD package very quickly.

Samples of Projects I Created
Home Renovation Project
This project was a renovation project. The Client wanted to have a visual of how their space would look before they started to knock through walls. They wanted an open plan of kitchen, dining room and living area. I was able to create this for them through measuring their space and creating it in a CAD program to give them a visual.

Kitchen Project
Stunning High Gloss kitchen with bespoke pantry in corner from high units.
Designed by me supplied by GKS.
Kitchen Project
Beautiful Oak kitchen with painted shaker style curved doors.
Designed by me and was made and fitted by CFF.
To provide a tangible showcase of my work, I’ve included a portfolio of my most recent projects. Take a moment to explore below, and reach out if you’re interested in learning more about what I have to offer.
Small Apartment
This was a small apartment. The client used my services more for the kitchen layout as they put all there electrical and drainage in one area. So I felt this was the best solution for them. They were happy with the solution.
Personal Project
I created this chair from walnut. This was a wonderful project I enjoyed making this very much. I loved that I
could manipulate the wood to have one arm higher that the other.
Interior Design Project
Rearranging their living space to create more flow and warmth.
Interior Design Project
A board showing colours and sofa styles along with plants.
Interior Design project

My Volunteer Background
February 2016 - July 2018
I started a mother and toddler group when I lived in Iceland. There were alot of mother and toddler groups in the mornings but nothing in the afternoons. So I started a Monday afternoon group which was loved by many and I made some great friendships. Both international and Icelandic mums and dads came along. I provided toys and I sang nursery rhymes to the children. I offered this service FOC as I wanted to meet other people.
September 2005 - June 2007
September 2010-2011
I was a voluntary Girl Guide Leader in my home town and also when I moved to Cork. This involved meeting one night a week and organising activities and teaching young 5/6 year olds about the Girl Guides. It also involved organised day trips to local farms and nature parks.
